【Exhibition Process】
---【Obtain the Application Form】
After confirming the participation, request the participation application form from the organizing committee and fill out the email or fax to the organizing committee;
---【Sign a Contract】
The organizing committee shall sign an exhibition contract, which shall come into effect upon signature and seal, and determine the booth location or venue usage area;
---【Payment of Fees】
Exhibitors must pay the booth fee within 7 working days, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel their booth;
---【Preparing to Exhibit】
After receiving all the fees, the organizing committee will notify exhibitors of transportation, loading and unloading, booth numbering, accommodation, ticketing, venue management, and other matters before the exhibition begins;
Booth allocation principle: apply first, select booth first, pay first, arrange first.
